Then one day, he heard the Y3K compilation, and everything changed. What was this new and exciting sound? Breakbeat? Nu School? He loved it, and he never looked back (apart from to do this biography thing of course). Having built up a fair arsenal of records Mr Cut managed to secure a once a fortnight gig at a popular local Venue "The Brickworks" in Oxford. Here you will find him mixing up the breakbeat sound to an unsuspecting but always gratefull (he hopes) public for three hours every other week on a thursday. A kind of weekend warm up if you like.

As well as the DJing, Mr Cut likes to think he's somewhat 'au fait' in the production department too. Having spent a lot of time (and of course money) building up production skills and a small but well formed studio, he bangs out the odd tune or two which are getting closer and closer to being "releasable" (he hopes).
